Our aim is to look after your holiday home. Giving you peace of mind.
The service we offer you is targeted to meet your specific needs. We recognize that it is your holiday home and that you have special requirements, not just a need for a package product. There are some basic items which are essential and included within any contractual agreement between us and you the client. These are detailed below, but beyond these essentials we will tailor the package to your needs.
We are two husband and wife teams who live here in the T.R.N.C. and who will treat your home as we would treat our own.
We offer an above basic package.
- Visit your property weekly. Run all taps & flush toilets.(Subject to water supply)
- Ensure that fridges are cleaned out, turned off and propped open after visitors have left, then turned on the day prior to arrival.
- Strip all beds and make up in the case of night or early morning arrivals.
- Visit your property after storms.
- Pay your Electric and Council bills for you on your behalf.
- Give monthly reports, i.e. bills paid and problems solved.
- Send photos of any problems and obtain quotes before any action.
- We are on call in case of problems.
Possible extras that we can provide for you to consider.
- Arrange visitor welcome packs to your specification.
- After departure arrange laundering of all linen & towels etc (At cost)
- Start your car on a weekly basis, if required.
- Maintenance of your garden if required.
- Supervise the pool maintenance if required.
- Arrange the collection and return of your visitors from the airports.
- Organize favorably priced car hire for visitors delivered to your property
